Enter the name and URL of a weblog that has been updated, along with the URL of the page that changes with each weblog update (if different than the URL). Weblogs.Com will read the site to see if it's changed, if so it will be added to changes.xml (Big File, >10Mb) and shortChanges.xml (Smaller File, <2Mb).
